The Services are designed to detect and alert — they do not guarantee prevention of loss, injury, or damage.
To use the Services, you must create an account with accurate, complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the plan you select. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before annual renewals.
We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
New customers are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription. Hardware returns are subject to our return policy.
PropertySafe hardware is sold as physical goods and comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, water, power surges, or unauthorized modification.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.
Upon termination, your access to the Services ends, though certain obligations (such as payment for outstanding fees) survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
